How to Spend Your Time

The wedding and reception were on Friday, but we stayed all the way through to Sunday afternoon. Though finding things to do in Vegas isn't hard, getting up and actually doing them was a different story.

"Shall we hit the strip?"

"Enh."

"Shall we go on a hike?"

"Unh."

"Shall we go visit the temple grounds?"

"Nernh."

"Shall we sing songs of sixpence?"

"...What?"

Nobody ever likes my suggestions.

In the end, I didn't feel like we had to do anything spectacular or interesting. A large reason we went on the trip in the first place was simply so we could have a last hurrah before we all started graduating, one by one. Doing things wasn't important, it was the time spent together.

My challenge to you all today is to find time to spend with your loved ones. Don't feel pressured to find something to do, just enjoy each other's company. I promise it will be worth it.
